Julian brings with him the perspective gained from visiting hundreds of laboratories—experiences that lead him to the vision of LabThunder : to finally use knowledge, time, materials, and money efficiently and sustainably. As a former service technician and current CEO, he combines technical depth with vision. His goal: to create software that goes far beyond a classic LIMS and intelligently combines laboratory knowledge and equipment management.

Roberth is the technical driving force behind LabThunder. With many years of experience in software development and a keen sense for user-centered, minimalist design, he combines deep technical expertise with a refined understanding of authentic product experiences.

As CTO, he designs the architecture, scalability, and UI/UX of LabThunder. He makes complex laboratory processes intuitive and finds clear, elegant solutions for every challenge. His attention to detail and calm approach to problem-solving ensure the reliability and further development of LabThunder today and tomorrow.

At LabThunder , Manuel is responsible LabThunder sales organization and driving growth. With his experience in business development and his understanding of the needs of the laboratory industry, he combines market knowledge with a clear vision for sustainable business development.
As CRO, he develops sales structures, establishes strategic partnerships, and supports customers from the initial idea through to the successful implementation of LabThunder.

Andreas has more than 20 years of management experience in startups and software companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. At LabThunder , he LabThunder us as a business angel and technical advisor—helping us build scalable structures and manage day-to-day operations.

His focus is on efficient processes, clear organizational structures, and a robust quality management system. He ensures that strategic goals are consistently put into practice.

With his experience, Andreas helps us grow in a scalable way and ensure that we meet regulatory requirements.

Luis brings together analytical thinking, creative clarity, and a deep understanding of modern brand management. With his eye for targeted communication, he makes complex topics understandable and LabThunder positions LabThunder in the market. Through his experience in content strategy, campaigns, and digital storytelling, he helps us reach the right laboratories at the right time—and make our vision visible in a sustainable way.

Deepankar is largely Thunder AI for the development of our own Thunder AI and contributes cutting-edge expertise in machine learning, web, and cloud technologies. With his clear focus on performance, scalability, and intelligent architecture, he designs the technical foundation that drives Thunder AI LabThunder a whole. His drive for innovation and structured approach to work make him a central pillar of our engineering team.

Fawad is helping us further develop the LabThunder app. With his experience in developing various SaaS products, he is helping us continuously improve our application and make it more secure, stable, and scalable.
